Shipping policy
1. Delivery Charges
We ship mostly to Portugal and across Europe, with options for international shipping.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times vary based on whether the jewelry requires adjustments and the destination country. Typical delivery times are:
- Portugal: Usually within 2-3 business days.
- Outside of Portugal: Typically within one week, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.
3. Shipping Arrangement
3.1. We take great care in arranging the shipment of your precious jewellery. By default, shipments are made through CTT using the Registered Mail service. As a small-scale handmade jewellery store, our capacity to assume full responsibility for shipping services is limited, but we will always try to assist. In case of any issues, we will do our utmost to communicate with CTT to resolve the situation, but we are not responsible for any issues that arise from non-conformities of these delivery services, such as loss, failed deliveries, etc. Nevertheless, we are proud to say that, throughout the years, we have never experienced any major issues with lost packages.
3.2. By default, no insurance or value declaration is applied to the shipment. If you wish to add insurance or declare the value, please contact us, and we will be happy to look into the additional costs for you.
3.3. Should you prefer another carrier/service, we are happy to accommodate your request. Just let us know either before or up to 3 hours after placing your online order, and we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that, in such cases, the responsibility for the shipment remains with you.
